Do I Build E-commerce Websites?

I don't build or manage e-commerce websites, but I can create product catalogue websites that help customers discover your products and contact you directly.

No. I don’t build or manage e-commerce websites or online stores.

Although WordPress can be used to create online stores, I’ve deliberately chosen to focus on non-e-commerce websites.

Why Don’t I Build E-commerce Websites?

Online stores often involve much more than displaying products.

They may require:

  • Online payment processing and checkout systems.
  • Shopping carts and customer accounts.
  • Order management and inventory tracking.
  • Shipping, delivery, and third-party integrations.
  • Time-sensitive troubleshooting when transactions or orders are affected.

These responsibilities can require specialised technical expertise, urgent attention, and a level of ongoing availability that I don’t offer.

As a solo service provider, I prefer to accept projects whose technical requirements and support expectations I can realistically fulfil.

Can I Still Display My Products on a Website?

Absolutely. You don’t necessarily need an online store to showcase your products.

For example, if you run a local shop, home-based business, or small manufacturing business, I can help you create a product catalogue website.

Your website can display product photographs, descriptions, business information, and contact or enquiry options.

Interested customers can then contact you directly through WhatsApp, telephone, email, or other agreed communication methods.

This can be a practical alternative for businesses that want to establish an online presence without operating a complete e-commerce system.

If this sounds suitable, you’re welcome to share your requirements with me.

What If I Need an Online Store?

If your business requires shopping carts, online checkout, payment processing, or automated order management, I recommend choosing a provider specialising in e-commerce websites.

I’d rather be upfront about my service boundaries than make commitments I cannot responsibly fulfil.
